Ok another question regarding tax - if I create TAX ID for a customer, will Stripe run its automatic validation of tax ID?

yes, see https://stripe.com/docs/invoicing/customer/tax-ids?dashboard-or-api=api#validation (there's an associated webhook for the validation result, mentioned towards the bottom of the page)
