You can't pay to Customer. You can only pay to a Connected Account. Customer represents individual who purchase goods/services from you or from your business partner as Connected Accounts

To pay to Connected Account you need to initiate a Payout. See more at https://stripe.com/docs/connect/bank-debit-card-payouts

This is debit card payouts ,We already have that.
We want to do it with the connected bank accounts.
