one more thing to check, does stripe support multiple payment methods?

sure, this is only theoretic scenario but, let's say i use customer balance for a promotional use and put negative value in so that the amount can be deducted in future invoice. if the customer have -10 in balance and invoice amount is 20, can that customer use other payment methods such as credit card to pay off rest of the amount?

what it meant is when i try to collect payment from customer it will be succeed if their cash balance is sufficient, but when customer is trying to make a payment they can combine cash + other payment methods. am i understanding it correnctly?

That's specific to bank transfers in EU, GB, JP, and MX. Are you in one of those countries?
