I am less familiar with how our hardware works but am looking in to it. Do you see in some doc that it does turn off due to inactivity?

We have noticed several M2 readers disconnect unexpectedly and are investigating this as a possibility. Here's the source https://press.stripe.com/docs/terminal/payments/setup-reader/stripe-m2. "the reader automatically turns off after 10 hours of inactivity"
