Monthly upsell to annual is one of the examples in the docs I sent you, so I'm confused by that
Have you tried plugging in your annual price to that form and submitting it?

Gotcha, that is not possible with upsells at the moment. Have you seen our pricing table offering? Not a dropdown but it is a good interface that we provide that would allow a user to pick between your plans https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout/pricing-table
