They cannot actually update their bank info
They contact support and support sends them a message saying we as platform have to do
But we are Express not Custom so we cannot do anything...

thanks! I don't know unfortunately — I'm not seeing anything immediate obvious in that account or yours, and that Express account has a both a EUR and GBP bank account right now and has added/removed accounts in the past. I'd suggest reaching out to our support team at https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true with example accounts IDs and as much context as you can (screenshots from the end-users of their Express dashboard for example ) so they can help. This Discord is mainly for developer focussed questions, we don't know much about this side of things.
