okay, hi, so i am testing api integration and i was wondering how long it takes for funds to become available in a connected account so that we can manually pay them out?
also is there a way to clear all the data from test mode? is there a way to make the funds instantly available for testing purposes?

You can go to dashboard > select "Developers" > You'll see "Delete all test data" button under "Test data" section

Yes. There are available balance test cards where they will bypass pending balance and make the funds available immediately for testing purpose: https://stripe.com/docs/testing#available-balance
