Thanks @pulsar palm I am a developer actually and we have tried multiple times to reach support on the issue haven't gotten anywhere in a few weeks now. There is $100k locked in the account and I am trying to help them out.
even if we just knew why it was locked maybe we would at least have a direction to try to move towards to resolve?
