You're getting this error because the Payment Method was creating on a connected account, but you're creating the PI on the platform account. You need to make sure you set the Stripe-ACcount header when you create the PI as well

ok, the thing is that I am trying that the plattform receive the carge, cause after that I want to make a transfer to other connected accounts
