To give some context, a user is trying to make a 50.00 cny purchase and they are getting invalid amount for 50 cny when trying to use credit card.

hmmm, from what i can see, the decline with invalid amount is from the bank, so you may want to ask the customer to reach out to their bank to ask why it was declined with that error message
They did reach out and the bank said they never received a request
maybe try reaching out to Stripe Support to see if they have any additional insights or reference numbers which they can provide to help locate this transaction
