Hello! You can create as many test accounts as you like from the Dashboard. Click on the account switcher in the top left and choose the + New account option at the bottom.

Note that test accounts don't have to be activated; test mode will work just fine even if the Dashboard says the account needs activation, for example.

I have several test accounts I use every day that are several years old, and they have never been activated.
