That's a Dispute object, so you should be able to retrieve it using the Dispute API endpoint: https://stripe.com/docs/api/disputes/retrieve

From there you can get to the Payment Intent, Charge, etc. and to the tax on the original transaction.

Honestly, I'm not sure. I haven't seen the pdp_ prefix before. 😅
