he was insisted to send the Steps To Reproduce on twitter chat and yes i did
but After that, I searched for myself and found out this is the site you sent me
but hackerone staff, closed my report as informative,
So far, I am still waiting for a response from them to transfer this report to you

I'm sure the hackerone staff are wrong on the decision, Because he says that the issue is in cardinal commrece owned by VISA, not stripe, but he didn't understand att all and I'm sure stripe team will understand me well, I have sent you other videos explaining that the problem is not only on the cardinal commrece as he claims

Sorry to hear, I didn't realize that reports can go like that. You can also try writing in to our support team, though be warned they may try to redirect to HackerOne for as well. https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

Sorry, sounds like I misunderstood what you were going for here. My issue is that I can't really report vulnerabilities well from here so I was trying to think of where you could go so that you'd still get credit and all that.

So on Twitter, it sounds like you were DM-ing our official Stripe account right? If you DM me your Twitter handle I think I can reach out to the people that work with that account in case they lost your message among the other ones
