This is currently not possible to pass the registered payment method to Checkout Session.
However, you can pass Customer ID in customer, so that customer’s most recent card payment method will be used to prefill the email, name, card details, and billing address on the Checkout page in payment mode. A valid billing address, billing name and billing email are required on the payment method for Checkout to prefill the customer’s card details.
Your previous Checkout session should have payment_intent_data.setup_future_usage to save customer's card in order to prefill the most recent card payment method
