So subscriptions, customers, plans, products, prices will all now be at the platform level?

The only thing at the connect level will be the ConnectUser who receives the money from the product/subscription

thanks! The next thing we are trying to is to be able to mark the products, subscriptions, and users as being associated with a coach, now that they will no longer live in the coach's connect account. Is metadata the best way to do that?
