I believe it’s from a test transaction that wasn’t performed under the test network in 2017. I was testing my website and sent a friend a couple code for 100% to test. He ordered like 30,000 products for free and I accidentally fulfilled the order for free and I got flagged for fulfilling an order with like 30,000 products for free.
