yes, test mode. I turned on giropay , localhost I can see
but I deploy code to staging, our tester said he could not see
should I enable it somewhere in stripe?

There are many connect accounts there, that makes sense
after it is enabled, our tester should be able to see them in payment element, right?
they should be but again, it is a code based integration so assuming you're creating a PaymentIntent with the right parameters (and not some very specific ones), all automatic PaymentMethods should show up on Payment Element

I think our tester said it is no problem for them to test JCB test card number in our staging

I meant even with Automatic PaymentMethods, your PaymentIntent could be created with different parameters so the answer for "will it work" is to try it
