Hi, you can skip the tipping with skip_tipping: true: https://stripe.com/docs/terminal/features/collecting-tips/on-reader#skip-tipping but there is no way to have both tipping and no tipping options at once.

No, the merchant wants tipping options

but they don't want the option which allows the customer to choose "No Tip"

normally bank terminals can customize to remove that option. to make it harder for the customer to not tip. They have to actually enter a tip amount of $0

it's important for the restaurant industry, which wants to encourage tipping

all our customer are restaurants, it's hard to convince them to switch to the stripe terminal, when the tipping customization on the terminal is limited. LIke it doesn't offer % based tipping for "Custom amount" either
