If you don't have access to the email associated with your Stripe Account then you need to reach out over a different email. You should be able to create an account with a different email and request a call or chat

As noted above, I'd recommend creating a new account using a different email. You can do this here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/register. You should then see the options for Chat/Phone appear on https://support.stripe.com/contact so that you can get in touch with someone faster
