As stated, its working for me using that session so this is likely a Google Pay/browser config issue

there is a issue in Checkout page (Dev tool) " Indicate whether to send a cookie in a cross-site request by specifying its SameSite attribute"

I'd recommend try on a different device and/or Incognito (could be that an extension is blocking JavaScript)
