Got it. Can you share a payment intent ID where you see requires confirmation? A Subscription upgrade shouldn't put a Payment Intent in that status by default

Ah that's probably 3ds. If you can share the PaymentIntent ID I can confirm. But yeah you can send the customer to the bank's website to authenticate: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/3d-secure?platform=web#manual-redirect
