I'm not very familiar with DocuSign but it mentions that:

Your Stripe gateway has automatic bank validation enabled

Not sure that there is an action to do in Stripe for that, because Stripe provides instant validation when using StripeJS

Yes, I contacted DocuSign support & I was told to contact Stripe Support.
