We develop app which allow people transfer money from one their card to another. So now I'm searching for products which we can use to implement this functionality

we don't support such a functionality unfortunately. Theoretically, you could collect payment from a customer's card, and then make a payout to a debit card. But i don't think that's what you're looking for.
