So, why when I test with my card, in public mod, I didn't need to confirm my card(with 3D secure)?

well that depends on a number of factors but mainly - your bank didn't require it

if you try in test mode with the 3220 card, Checkout will prompt for 3DS just fine

live mode is different, there's no way to know the reasons for why 3DS was not required

totally up to the issuing banks

your code is fine. And not a problem with your bank really, just that it decides when/if to ask for 3DS
