For more context, two-shoes told me to email support and mention his handle so he could find the issue and get back to me that way, but support had no idea how to forward my email along to him

I can see your email but I am having trouble finding what two-shoes opened for this. I think they did open something, I'm just not finding a way to find it from the ticket. I just grabbed the ticket myself, I will ask two-shoes about how they talked to the product team after that thread, and we can get back to you from there.
Apologies for the mixup, we try to make sure it is easy to get tickets to us from things that start here but that doesn't always work.
