That being said, from your dashboard if you go to Connect and then the specific account's page, you might either be able to edit the number from there. Otherwise there is the option to view the dashboard as them in the upper right of the page and I think you can manage their info for them if they are Express or Custom

But again, this server is for API questions so unfortunately I don't know the dashboard as well as support will.
