How'd you model such a price structure with products/prices etc.
have a regular licensed Price for $10 and a metered Price, potentially also using tiers(for the use cases you mention at the end of your post) and combine them on a single subscription(https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/multiple-products)
