I was able to confirm that there’s no way to trigger this event through the CLI so I'm afraid you aren't able to test this

Okay. That's sub-optimal, as that leaves us testing in production

testing in live mode is against card networks, I'm further looking on my end

I was able to triple check and confirm that it's not possible to test but I'll send this feedback to the team for future product reiterations.
