can you resize your browser to have a vertical scroll

issue occurs when Firefox browser has vertical scroll

#

first click on the email box

#

then scroll down to payment section, you will not be able to click on card number box

#

I have three other colleagues confirm the same issue on their computer

Well it is an edge-case right? The window has to be small enough to force a scroll? And only on Firefox? And intermittent? Not saying it isn't a bug, but critical seems a bit overblown.
