Ah, I see. I imagine you would have to build your own PDF or use a PDF invoicing system that's not connected to stripe

Wish I had a better answer for you. I've seen this request pop up a few times, so I know that it's on the product teams radar (though I'm not sure if it has been chosen for development yet or not)
