Honestly we can't be of much help here. You would be better off grabbing specific examples (account IDs and request IDs) where you are submitting the required verification information and then providing that to our Support team (https://support.stripe.com/contact/login) so they can look into the verification side of things here. We are familiar with the API but not the verifications themselves... all I can recommend is submitting the information that it is asking for in the requirements hash but I don't have a lot of advice beyond that.
