Reports pull from a replicated data source that is aggregated periodically, so it is expected that reports may not contain the most recent records.

so long story short, direct subscription API 'list' has 130 entries for august and the reporting itemized has around 5 for august

Apologies for the delay, reports are a topic typically handled by our support team so I had do a little digging. The report that you referenced appears to return Balance Transaction objects, so I don't think comparing it to a list of Subscriptions is necessarily a good comparison.

If you list Balance Transactions for the same time period that you generated the report for, do the results align?
