If you're asking about how the webhook functionality included within the plugin will handle this, then you'll want to contact the support team responsible for that plugin (those are typically third-party plugins that Stripe doesn't support).

I think it will break things because both stripe accounts will receive the same events and this defeats the purpose of having 2 accounts
