My customer tried to pay with a card (that works on every other online shop) that needed 3dsecure
When confirming payment it fails without showing 3dsecure popup
Tried with different cards and with different browser/devices
Same problem

When i use 3d secure cards in test mode everything works fine so i don't think it's an implementation error

This is a live mode charge, so I would recommend to contact Stripe support directly: https://support.stripe.com/contact
Make sure to include all relevant information (screenshots, error messages, object IDs, code sample, etc.)
They will have more time to investigate this.
