Looks like there was a timeout connecting to your URL(the ngrok one).

maybe your server wasn't running or you weren't running ngrok on your PC at the time, you likely want to check logs on your side.
Also you'd generally use the https URL from ngrok when setting up the webhook URL in Stripe, not the http one.

it can change but you should respond immediately. Here we waited 20 seconds.
