Just thinking about using the connected account id on the statement descriptor - to make the descriptor significant

Gotcha. Yeah I wouldn't really recommend this. It also has no meaning to an end-customer and you should really try to make your Statement Descriptor as clear as possible to reduce disputes.

If necessary I would attach your own (shorter) UUID here and not use the Connected Account ID
