I think you're looking for separate authorization and capture. Pulling up some reference docs for you

Card payments can only be held for up to 7 days however, not 14

#

You can choose to take the risk to create a new authorization/hold before the original one expires. However, this might be confusing for your customers. They might see two authorizations for a few days
