We're having a technical issue when adding a stripe connect account and the user drops the bank listing process without fiishing it
The following UI is displayed to user
And on our side it seems like we cannot do any payouts
And on the user side it doesn't ask for any other informations
It seems like account is "listed" while it's not

do you mean they don't provide the bank account details and just close the tab/window?

yes a process where they do not complete the express connect flow completly . let's say they would not add a bank account but just add the adress

Hi hanzo, I'm raphael1807 dev, I can provide more details
In our frontend we use bankAccount.details_submitted to check if the user has finished his info, but sometimes (for reason we ignore) details_submitted is false but if we get a login link and send the user to this link he will see the Image raphael1807 just provided. A finish UI and no warning stating that there's an issue...

Could you detail step by step how Express account users are arriving at the current UI?
What's the link you first share with them? At what point in the onboarding process are they abandoning it? How are they receiving a link to view the current UI?
