I can't make it through a checkout session. It doesn't work as soon as I add the promo code

Checkout does not currently support discounting a purchase below the minimum charge amount for one-time payments.

Okay. But if Stripe isn't actually processing a payment, then why wouldn't this work? There's no credit card fee associated here?
