Hello, yes I am trying to think on what might help you here
So is this only happening once a week after the payout or does this still seem to happen often?
we switched the payout to be weekly payout on Tuesdays
but we still had no funds available on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
we only did the Switch starting from Thursday last week
sometimes the balance api returns very small amounts. like on Sunday there was ~ $22 in the balance

Unfortunately I am not sure why you got that error. As far as I can tell tell your account should be holding on to funds like that. Can't see your actual balance at the time when you got these errors though. If you reach out to our support team they should be able to look in to this properly

From what I can see it shouldn't be $0 but it sounds like I may not be looking at the right place if you are seeing $0
