Can you share the sample subscription ID (sub_xxx)?
sub_1LYHv8BR4WV6Mw81GPF8hJGd
Basic Plan = $247
Growth Plan = $497
needs an if in the code to check if there's a scheduled subscription change
then display different text instead of the standard text
am guessing product manager needs to decide what to say on the email in case its a scheduled subscription change and not just a straight forward renewal of the same subscription
because it needs to be clear to the client
Maybe should be showing this:
"your FlowChat subscription for FlowChat - Growth Plan will automatically renew as FlowChat Basic Plan on September 18, 2022"
Thanks for sharing. This indeed looks like the email content still uses the existing plan. Can I suggest you writing to Stripe Support https://support.stripe.com/contact, so that we can follow up and escalate to the relevant team? It'll be helpful if you can include the Subscription ID and the screenshots you shared.
already did
support is a bit innefficient
lots of time wasting lol
I ask 1 thing they respond to something else then start asking info that is unrelated
then claim emails from stripe have to have stripe domain name which is incorrect because when a custom domain is set up it will be from stripe but using the custom domain
Hi @empty venture I'm taking over this thread
anyway i got an email back from support first part is unrelated to what i asked but second part they understood what the problem was and will look into fixing it 🙂
would be useful to have a bug report feature so we dont have to waste tons of time with support chat
You can email your feedback to Stripe support, and they will pass along to the relevant team.
