Incomplete 3D Secure attempt
The cardholder initiated 3D Secure authentication but did not complete it.
If your customers are not completing the 3DS challenge when it is required then it is expected for those payments to get declined. Can you share the ID of a Payment Intent where you saw this behavior?
I know but they complete and I see 200 errors with many customers not only 1 or 2

That Payment Intent doesn't look like it's completed the 3DS challenge as it's still in a requires_action state.
so the problem is with their bank account? the same customer had a successful payment just yesterday

To clarify, I'm not seeing any errors related to these flows, I'm just seeing that the customer never completed the challenge. For the most recent Payment Intent that you referenced I'm not seeing that the 3DS flow was started, which makes sense as the Payment Intent has yet to have a Payment Method provided.
