Hi 👋 in the Stripe ecosystem creating a Payout is the process for moving funds from a Stripe account's balance to its associated bank account.

Can too many bank accounts be linked to a stripe balance so that everyone can manually withdraw their earnings at their end ? Without someone approving every transfer

No, you cannot use a single Stripe account to distribute funds to a large number of different bank accounts. Based on what you've described so far, it sounds like our Connect product/functionality is a good fit for you. With that you would create a Stripe account that serves as the Platform account, then for everyone that you would need to distribute funds to you would create a Stripe account for them and associate it with their bank account.

No, the people that you are paying will need a Stripe account, so they will need to be a region that we support.
