I can't find any way to do that, you can pass a start_date in the past for the Schedule, but that only creates proration , it doesn't change the actual anchor dates.

Yes, so if anchor date is 9/9/2022 2:42 PM
Duration monthly.
And next recurring come on 9/10/2022 2:42 PM
