It's not in stripe - on their bank statement

I'm trying to figure out if there's anyway to tie what shows up in our customer's bank statement to the payments in stripe

Yeah, it makes sense - but without more information (like the payment intent id, or some other object ID), it's hard for us to know specifically what it is. The best recommendation I have is to find the original Payment Intent that ties to the payment on your customer's bank statement
