im trying to get my SDK updated since its old so i contacted the email to get an updated version but no response, and development has completely stopped because of the issues of the old SDK
That's the correct email. I wish we could help, but we don't have the ability to push on beta requests. Please be patient with them or reach out to support to see if they are able to flag that your email thread has gone without a response. They might have a workflow for surfacing this type of request.

how much more patience am i Supposed to have? I have a company that needs to keep developing

I hear you and I can understand that frustration. A month is a long time to wait for a reply. I just don't have the levers needed in order to move your request along.

Like I said, I'd contact support and check if they have a workflow for getting into contact with the product team. They'll be the best bet going forward
