If you accept card payment methods, then Google/Apple pay will be automatically available.

As mentioned on your screenshot:

The demo displays Google Pay or Apple Pay only on their corresponding platform if you have an active card associated with the account.

What do you mean? For Google Pay you need to be using Chrome and have a card saved in https://pay.google.com/
