But there I will be only able to see the list of countries for that particular paltform account,
But i want the list of the platform account which allows the creation of the connect account (all countries).
Can you please help me with this.

I don't need the api,
I just want the list of the countries
Which allows the creation of connect account for all the other countries.

For example:
Platform account in AU --> allows connect account for (au,usa,NZ ..etc) but not for India.

Where as paltform account in India does allow the connect account for (India,au,NZ,usa, etc)

So is there any list or documentation which discribes these details sir ?

As explained, this is managed on a per account basis (in your settings)
