I'm not sure I understand. What's the correlation between having a null payment request and having {applePay: true}?

On my phone I definitely have apple pay with a card in my wallet. When I visit www.superiortitanium.com though we're receiving a null as the resolved value. If I shift into incognito mode it will appear.
