I see, unfortunately that isn't possible without re-onboarding the account entirely. The only things that can be cloned across accounts are customers and their payment methods: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/cloning-customers-across-accounts

Stripe doesn't have any type of cloning functionality for anything other than that unfortunately
